Key job responsibilities
GCA’s Principal Analyst will lead the survey and analytics work that measure our success at increasing brand sentiment of Amazon among key audiences worldwide. Instead of planning and executing media against traditional direct-response conversion metrics like sales, clicks, or signups - GCA success is driven by offline outcomes that are far more difficult to capture and measure. Though randomized-controlled trials that rely on surveys, our team measures when our work is successful through attitudinal change measurement. We’re looking for the right person to balance the imperative to reliably solve difficult statistical and analytical problems, while maintaining a bias for action that powers our ongoing marketing.
Your focus will be on survey interpretation, ongoing meta-analysis, audience optimization, and experimental planning and monitoring across multiple paid media mechanisms. You will bring a data-driven mindset to help determine the optimal channel mix for reach our specific audience and move the needle. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver quality, scalable analysis that comes in on time and under budget.
