Systems Development Manager, ADC Non-Relational and Emerging Database Services

• Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
• 5 years of professional software development or systems engineering experience
• 3 years of experience managing software or systems engineering teams
• 2 years of experience working with engineering teams to deliver software requiring coordination between multiple teams in disperse functional groups
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

A successful candidate will be a hands-on manager with an established background in developing and operating platforms and services, developing and hiring extraordinary talent, have strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic fast paced environment.

This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
