K&M Last Mile LLC. is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We are expanding and looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Our Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon Prime order to the customer’s door on-time.

What You’ll Do: As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-350 packages per day. Comply with all safety and quality protocols as you are delivering hundreds of packages to customers every week. Desired Abilities and Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate your commercial delivery vehicle at all times.
- Be reliable and flexible. We operate 7 days a week - 361 days of a year.
- Able to report to work on time at 10:15 AM.
- Be a team player and rescue other Drivers in need.
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information and GPS.
- Learn to use and navigate the Amazon Flex App.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area including apartments, houses and businesses.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions (rain or shine)
- Load and unload packages to be delivered - up to 50lb per package.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED. Offer a great customer service on every stop!!
- Be self-motivated and responsible on every route.
- Practice open communication with management.
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to spend your day getting in and out of van and walking up and down stairs through your shift.

Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Be at least 21 years of age or older **(Required)
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Successfully pass a background check.
