The Contract Operations Manager will support a growing Contact Specialists team within America while maintaining their own individual contributor responsibilities. This candidate will partner with management within the Professional Services Sales, Legal, Delivery, Finance and Worldwide Revenue Operations teams to enhance the customer experience related to contract drafting, operations and support. Candidates must possess the ability to manage a team of analysts performing diverse work streams and be able to provide career development and coaching to their direct reports. The candidate will be expected to steer relationships with stakeholders in the region while partnering with leaders on the global team to ensure alignment. They will contribute to the creation and improvement of data & metrics that will have senior leadership visibility and be responsible for their team’s adherence to agreed upon service level agreements. Comfort working in an ambiguous space with changing priorities is necessary. The candidate should be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. They will be able to communicate analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy to understand way.



Key job responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Contract Specialists responsible for contract drafting, negotiation and execution. Provide coaching and development where needed.
  • Maintain their own individual contributor responsibilities with the ability to step in and draft, negotiate and resolve contract blockers as needed.
  • Responsible for helping to shape the culture of the team and ensure adherence to team best practices.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Drive continuous process improvement while developing relationships for long term solutions.
  • Analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems and report on it to org and stakeholder leadership in a concise and efficient manner so as to drive efficiency and change.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, while maintaining an independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
