We are looking for an experienced leader that thrives by creating high-bar reporting and fostering a dynamic team culture. You will be critical to the transformation of operations teams by building reporting and KPIs to enable long-term operational maturity and scale.
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading a team of analysts that contribute to the long-term success of an operations organization through business reviews, annual planning cycles, productivity measurements, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. In this position, you’ll be collaborating with operations leaders, influencing critical stakeholders, and raising the bar in ensuring we deliver the best experience for customers. In this role you will be responsible for presenting to executives and developing your analyst's executive presence.
A day in the life
This leader will be in a highly visible role, responsible for the reporting on the health of a large operations organization. This role will drive large projects and be a key partner to business finance teams. You should have excellent writing skills, the ability to dive deep and work independently with both operations and finance teams, the desire to develop new ideas, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This position is for someone with a track record of understanding what data leaders need to guide their business decisions.

- MBA or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Experience in Accounting, Corporate FP&A and/or Business Finance functions
- Understanding of the sales cycle, operations, and transaction product space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present analyses and insights to senior management
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau, Quicksight, and/or Cognos)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
- Advanced analytic, financial modeling, and reporting skills
- Ability to formulate data-driven decisions
- Ability to conceptualize, run, and prioritize multiple projects
- Track record of navigating complex unstructured cross-functional environments
- Passion for leadership, collaboration, and mentoring
