· Proven ability to successfully lead product/feature releases from concept to release

To accomplish our mission this we are focusing on four areas in 2022: 1) secure storage and transit of assets across all devices, 2) predictive discovery of digital assets (find the right document, at the right time), 3) seamless collaboration (enhanced accessibility, easy sharing, and facilitating feedback via text, voice) and 4) augmenting the WorkDocs APIs to enable AWS partners to develop custom solutions for security and accessibility.
We are looking for a Snr. Software Engineering Manager to own the vision for predictive discovery of digital assets and seamless collaboration via our web interface. This leader needs to be deeply curious about technology trends, including search technologies, search design patterns and the evolution of the browser technology enabling cross platform applications (e.g. Electron).

Key job responsibilities
As WorkDocs, a Snr. Engineering Manager will:
- Hire and develop the best talent (engineers, managers, technical program managers) while creating an inclusive environment within their organization
- Understand our internal and external customers deeply through customer visits, briefings, and advisory board sessions
- Develop a technical strategy and vision, and leverage their teams to translate that strategy into execution.
- Make high judgement business decisions and take calculated risks to reduce operational burden/risks and launch new features.
- Deliver results for your customers in an agile environment.
- Determine where and how to invest engineering resources.
- Influence partner teams to make changes to their roadmap or fund initiatives.

· 6 years of product management experience, or its equivalent
· Experience using AWS services to build and or operate an application or service
· Experience building and/or operating a web application or web service.
