About The Team
Amazon’s transfer pricing group deals with all aspects of the company's global inter-company arrangements. This includes developing, executing and maintaining the company’s inter-company transfer pricing policies, assisting with tax audits and APA’s, collecting and gathering data & information, preparing/reviewing transfer pricing documentation reports, analyzing business and planning strategies, M&A integration, and managing & working with outside advisers.
Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $172,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - 6 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
- Knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and entries
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, or similar
- Strong familiarity with Brazil tax matters;
- 5 years of experience working on transfer pricing matters under OECD Guidelines
