Great opportunity to work with a brand-new Amazon delivery program launching in the area. In this position, you will work with an Amazon Field Manager to spread program awareness to local businesses in targeted communities. The objective in this position is to generate leads through door knocking efforts that will apply to the program.
Job Description:
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hour driving distance). Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply. Pre-qualify business and handoff to Field Manager. Track lead activity on excel spreadsheets. Manage lead pipeline and follow up. Support Field Manager with events hosted in the community such as lunch and learns and coffee chats. Partner with the Field Manager in working with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly bases
*Must Have Qualifications:*
- 1 year in sales and/or customer service experiences
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Field sales is a plus
- Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
- Professionalism and high sense of urgency
- Attention to Detail
- Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)
- Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily
**Pay: $20 - $22 an hour plus mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities
