For those with an interest in Amazon’s Private Brands business, the Senior Sourcing Manager role provides an exciting opportunity to dive deep into data, work with suppliers across the globe, uncover defects and process improvement opportunities, and design and implement long-term solutions in collaboration with product, quality, operations, transportation, and customer service teams. This role will be responsible for executing and improving the best practices in Global Sourcing. The interaction touches almost every aspect of Amazon worldwide, including retail, operations, legal, product compliance, transportation, tax, treasury, accounting, graphic design, customer service, public relations etc. The talented individual will be able to manage the global sourcing process from A to Z including product planning, vendor / item set-up and maintenance, pricing, packaging, assortments and vendor relations. The ability to work in a demanding but collegial, team-oriented environment is a must. Data analytical skills with SQL/Tableau and project management experience are both pluses, as is previous management experience. Both domestic and international travel may be necessary.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Rich experience related to vendor interactions. P&L management experience is perferred. Great communicator in English, both speaking and writing. Spanish fluency is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
