Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves making 500 call per week, which should take around 12-15 hours. The ideal candidate has AT LEAST one year of cold calling experience and is eager to develop their skills and advance their career within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 500 outbound calls weekly to potential leads.
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM of 1 year of cold calling experience.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
