Our company consists of a growing group of outpatient infusion clinics offering individuals quality infusion therapies to treat a multitude of chronic conditions. We exist to serve patients and help them to feel better by offering a compassionate, convenient, and comfortable environment in which they can receive care. We partner with providers in the areas of neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and primary care, among other specialties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of Master’s or Doctorate in nursing program
- Maintains current licensure for RN in state where practicing
- Maintains current licensure for NP in state where practicing
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of software applications and familiarity with MS Office, electronic health records, internet, and mobile applications
- A friendly personality with good people skills including team collaboration
- Experience in an infusion setting preferred
- Proficient IV skills
- Current BLS CPR certification
Description of Responsibilities
The PRN Nurse Practitioner will work directly with patients and perform intake, vitals, infusion and injections and documentation in the electronic health record. They will also provide onsite supervision for government payor patients and other patients where required by law or other payor.

Registered nurse, medical assistance staffing and/or administrative employees when applicable.
Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner include the following:
- Assess and document the health status of the patient - Including SOAP note documentation.
- Provide intake including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and health history.
- Provide onsite supervision for all government payer patients.
- Prepare patients for infusion or injection.
- Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and organization guidelines.
- Ensure patient care is documented in the Electronic Health Record.
- Keep environment clean and disinfected after each patient use.
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving the quality of patient care.
- Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies.
- Reinforce patient and family education regarding disease processes and treatment side effects.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front desk staff to ensure highest level of patient care.
- Assist with audits and regulatory functions.
- Supervise Registered Nurse and Medical Assistant staff to ensure a safe and efficient treatment for all patients.
- Work with Vice President of Operations to provide onsite day to day management of clinical staff.
- Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers on all patient care matters such as order clarification, patient status, plan of care, etc...
- Reporting to the partners or their designee in a prompt, efficient manner with the proper disposition. This may include participation in routine management meetings, training oversight, reporting, and coordination with other departments or personnel.
- Other projects, activities, or responsibilities assigned at the discretion of the supervising physician, partners or their designee.

Pay: $43.00 - $60.00 per hour
