SHIFTS AVAILBLE: 12hr 2-2-3 Nights (8:00pm-8:00am)
Work 3 or 4 shifts a week, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF! Shift schedules provided a whole year in advance. Overtime available after training is complete. Average over 42 hrs/week.
STARTING PAY:
$19.42 $1.00 night premium!

Role Overview
To test and analyze semi-finished, treated, printed and finished product according to specifications. To audit internal Centerville quality processes to ensure effectiveness. To work on special projects as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
Duties
- Collects film samples from Extrusion Area and performs quality tests on them per technical specification.
- Collects film samples from EBCU and performs quality tests on them per technical specification.
- Collects film samples from Press Area and performs quality tests on them per technical specification.
- Collects film samples from Finishing Area and performs quality tests on them per technical specification.
- Completes other duties and special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Performs operator certifications by observing operators performing quality tests to ensure that operator is following procedure.
- Perform Dosimetry tests on EBCU.
- Perform calibrations per Gage Pack (Calibration computer System) time table.
- Pick up, sort and file order sets from Finishing Area.
- Mail print samples.
- Perform Powder Tests in Press Area and Finishing Area as needed.
- Perform Health Monitoring Tests as needed.
- Conduct Pathogenic Testing quarterly.
- Internal Auditor for the Quality system.
- Recommends revisions to Department Operating Procedures.
- Enters test results into a database.
- Documents all out-of-standard test results.
- Performs all job duties in a safe manner.
- Participate in WCOM Teams as needed.
- Maintains a good attendance and punctuality record.
- Follows and uses Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Knows and maintains their role in Food Safety.
- Duties may include coordinating, maintaining or supporting Quality Document Control, NCM/KMS system, or other Quality services functions.
Requirements
- Able to quickly and accurately perform basic math functions: Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide.
- Good decision making skills.
- Good interpersonal relation skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and complete assignments.
- Able to use MS Outlook for sending and receiving E-Mail.
- Able to perform the following functions in MS Excel: Create & save files, create new tabs, enter data, create tables, create graphs, use formulas and use macros.
- Able to perform the following operations in MS Word: Create & save files, type adequately, create reports, create tables, and import pictures, tables, etc.
- Must be able to learn computer programs specific to job function.
- Must be capable of performing tests on all equipment used for Quality testing.

Responsibility
- To test in process product and provide feedback to Managers and Supervisors as to the fitness for use of said product.
- To perform tests on equipment and provide feedback as to fitness for use of said equipment.
- To provide information and test results as required by QS Supervisor.
- To audit internal quality systems to assess effectiveness.
- To preserve data for future reference.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk up and down stairs as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended period of time.
- Ability to use computer keyboard and mouse.
