You will need to be a self-starter, self-aware, , hardworking and committed to owning the transformation working directly with developers, analysts, testers, product owners, business users and other technology areas to ensure rapid product delivery in BSSe – our new Amdocs Digital project.
What will your job look like?
- Assess and manage the AT&T BSSe team’s solution organization and coach to higher levels of maturity, including team dynamics, at a pace that is sustainable & comfortable.
- You will know your customer - understand significant points and needs, business and IT needs, market trends, competitors, etc.
- You will be involved in analyzing and crafting effective and clear technical solutions for infrastructure and enterprise applications, providing high-level and/or detailed designs per need, responsible for solution updates according to project evolution and changes
- You will ensure with partners (Business, IT, Network, Vendors) that the solution and architecture address business needs and provide real business value
- You will handle the prioritization process, budget and timeline. Follow up on the overall scoping plan, status and risks.

- A customer-facing experience and agreement skills.
- Wide knowledge of Amdocs products and methodology solutions.
- Knowledge of telecom industry and Amdocs business processes (ETOM, ASOM)
- Operational & project management experience along with proven experience in a complex global company and matrix organization
- Experience in large and integrative project delivery and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
Even Better if you Have...
- Experience leading the design and implementation of complex software features
- Experience managing a team of solution designers and business analysts
- Experience with technologies including: Java, SpringBoot, Spring Framework, SOAP/Restful API, SQL
- Knowledge about cloud native technologies and CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (such as Jenkins, Ansible)
- Understanding of Microservices, multitenancy/SaaS
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- You have work experience with project implementation including customization, test, integration and production deployment
- You must have good customer facing skills with good verbal and written communication.
