What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Amelex?
Responsibilities: Provide program management support to PMA-268 by applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of the program and its objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Provide Program Analyst operations support to support the PMA-268 UMCS IPT to include facilitating task completion between the IPTL and supporting activities. Maintain CM over various programmatic tools, coordinate data calls from multiple stake holders and assist in managing programmatic priorities. Provide development and review of IPT correspondence and documentation in support of all financial and budgetary related activities to include cost planning, spend plan development, and execution and requirements planning. Will be responsible for providing bi-weekly financial reports and facilitating recurring IPT Financial Review meetings.
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Allowable Substitution: An Associate's degree from an accredited university and seven (7) years of directly related experience; or, a High School diploma or equivalent and nine (9) years of directly related experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of directly related experience; Candidate must possess a working knowledge of the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
