Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Instructional Systems Designer Amentum provides a range of Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Commercial analytic and operational support, risk analysis, analytic outreach, red teaming, and event support services. The following categories shall pose the necessary skills and disciplines to assist the varying tasks. Responsibilities and duties listed below are not mutually exclusive. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Provides dedicated support for multiple classes taught by the customer to include analysis, priorities, analysis techniques and ombudsman training Provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required Aids in development of curriculums, learning objectives, course materials, job aides Aids in development of new course content and programs of instruction (POI) and relevant training support materials Aids in development of criteria and methodology for evaluating effectiveness of training activities Continuously revises POIs, course content and training aids based on evaluations of training and new or emerging capabilities/techniques or requirements to ensure course relevancy Evaluates and/or oversees IDS to develop and/or administer training programs Responsible for the development of e-learning programs. Provides input to exercise planning Provides general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with ad hoc and future training requirements such as Designs and conducts training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance for courses such as the IRIS Training, Records Management Training, Empathy Training, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, Small Steps Inclusion, and other courses as required May analyze training needs Required Skills and Abilities: Requires 6 years of relevant professional experience Hold and maintain the security clearance that is required Experience with curriculum design, both virtual or classroom Expertise in curriculum design software Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
