Integrated Master Scheduler

Amentum is currently seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to support the PM Integrated Visualization Augmentation System (IVAS) project offices under PEO Soldier, Ft Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities:
As an Integrated Master Scheduler you will support the PM IVAS Project Offices under PEO Soldier. You will use your understanding of integrated project scheduling to execute the following critical project functions:

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
• Ensure major projects, program schedules, and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across project functional groups including finance; engineering; test and evaluation; procurement; logistics; and fielding and training.
• Track plans and schedules; perform risk analysis; identify and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt; PERT; Critical Path; milestone charts; earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances, to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
• The IMS will lead the team in the use of sound scheduling practices; ensuring program processes align with program guidelines or systems descriptions and actively participates as a valued member of the program leadership team.

The Integrated Master Scheduler must possess effective communication skills, be capable of interacting and leading a team, be experienced with problem solving techniques and the application of risk mitigation processes regarding integrated project schedules.

• Vocational/Technical school, Associates degree and at least 8 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must be U.S Citizen
• Expert Knowledge of MS Project

• Relevant experience supporting Army or DoD engineering contracts.
