Amentum has an opportunity for a highly qualified Joint Inter-Agency Coordination Planner to provide research, analysis, planning, coordination, and general programmatic support for Joint Inter-Agency Coordination Group (JIACG) initiatives that advance U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) priorities. This position is located at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

You will provide the USINDOPACOM J9 Joint Inter-Agency (IA) Coordination Group (JIACG) with research and analysis on Inter-Agency integration, both classified and unclassified, to support USINDOPACOM policies and plans, as well as Component Command, Sub-Unified Command, and Direct Reporting Unit implementation. You'll facilitate IA participation during steady state and crisis operations and will support USINDOPACOM Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) with the integration of IA capabilities into plans, requirements and strategic messaging. You will assist with developing and maintaining close working relationships and programmatic linkages with relevant government agencies; UN Agencies; private sector; academia; foreign government and civilian partners to advance effective, whole of society integration to achieve USINDOPACOM objectives.
You will also support the development of Inter-Agency training objectives for USINDOPACOM exercises; attend exercise planning conferences; provide recommendations during the validation and assessment of USINDOPACOM exercises requiring JIACG participation; and support Master Event Scenario List development that integrates IA capabilities into exercise scenarios.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years' combined experience working in/with the Department of Defense (DoD)
- At least 2 years' experience at a Combatant Command, Service Component or other Command HQ
- Experience with exercise integration
- Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers
- Experience working with Inter-Agency partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools
- Due to the nature of work, must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have an active SECRET security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree and/or attendance at Service Command and General Staff College
- At least 3 years' experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations (AOR)
- Familiarity with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS)
- Experience coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and INDOPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations
- TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility
