We are looking for a System Analyst to manage and oversee the submarine maintenance coordinators in the development of integrated availability work packages and production schedules. The successful candidate will provide full time Maintenance Planning and execution support to the Commander Submarine Squadron 4. Responsibilities include: On-board integration and work control support during availabilities Availability planning and maintenance/modernization support Assist ship's force and maintenance/modernization providers with availability advance planning Coordinate the execution of Planning Boards for Maintenance (PB4M) Develop integrated availability work packages and production schedules Identify critical path jobs and develop work sequence schedules Process Memorandums of Agreement in support of work during availabilities Liaise with maintenance organizations to integrate work schedules and installation support requirements Attend and prepare for conferences as required Experience Required 12 years of work experience 8 years full-time experience in Navy programs and life-cycle support 3 years full-time experience in Submarine Forward Electronic Systems acquisition and life-cycle support Possess a good working knowledge of the following aspects of Navy systems, acquisition, and configuration management: 1. Navy systems requirements, standards, and procedures; and 2. Navy procurement and acquisition; and 3.
