Responsibilities
- Conduct daily physicianrounds.
- Provides primary careincluding episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
- Conducts histories andphysical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatmentsbased on best practice standards.
- Develops treatment plansin collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
- Evaluates theeffectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
- Maintains medical records.
- Board certification inInternal Medicine or Family Practice as well.
- Valid CA State PhysicianLicense and Federal DEA registration.
- Mon – Friday 8- 5, 8 hourshifts or 4, 10-hour shifts .
- Patient Load 18-20
