What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Support Trainer position at America's First Federal Credit Union?
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and facilitates training for all teller functions, as well as topical branch training as requested. This includes working with appropriate staff to coordinate scheduling, skill assessment, feedback, and appropriate follow-up.
- Works cooperatively as a team to design, implement, and evaluate training programs and materials. This includes making recommendations as needed.
- Trains as backup for designated classroom sessions.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Performance Measurements:
1.
Achieve an 80% or better score from employee testing following completion of all formal employee training programs, and an 80% or better retention rating (re-test) following the training.
2.
Meet all training objectives and goals established for the year. To complete reports and records accurately and in a timely manner.
3.
Maintain a basic understanding of Credit Union products, services, policies and procedures, as well as an understanding of the Credit Union's mission.
4.
Provide informed, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
5.
Develop recommendations for efficiencies and enhancements to training products, pricing and processes by monitoring trends in training.
6.
Ensure all activities within the department are carried out within the prescribed time frames with zero errors.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience including training experience and Teller experience. New Accounts and Lending experience preferred.
Education
A high school education or GED.
