• Responsible for supporting the Flight Service Training Operations at FSU and supporting the Flight Service Training team in an administrative capacity.
• This job is a member of the Flight Services Team within the Customer Experience Division.

What you'll do

• Oversees all payroll functions on behalf of team
  • Create Annual and Monthly Tracker Attendance Calendars
  • Oversee Team Member Workbrain Entries
• Performs a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meeting arrangements, documentation, ensuring telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, tracking anniversaries/birthdays and arranging hotel/travel accommodations
• Orders and distributes supplies to support operation at both FSU and Flight Academy
• Reconciles Operational P-Cards and Expense reports
• Manages Operational Calendars

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Knowledge of SharePoint, Workbrain, COUPA

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to perform all safety and customer service functions subject to individualized assessment
• Service oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Independent decision making and logical thinking skills
