This job is a member of the Technical Operation Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
Responsible for supporting the department with various administrative and computer functions.
What you'll do
Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:
Payroll coding in Work Brain and AutoTA timekeeping systems
Shift Bid management, Staff Admin scheduling tool
Scans and reviews all aircraft work-packs for accuracy and signatures
Employee Overtime
Employee Security badging, scheduling training
General Administrative Support to the regional Tech Ops Team
Shifts, holidays and weekend work schedules are utilized for this position
Extensive experience specific to department or area of expertise
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Familiarity with RES/DECS
Knowledge of MAPS, SAFE, AirVault, Work Card Management System
Independent decision-making skills
Ability to directly contact customers
Knowledge of Staff Admin, COGNOS, SharePoint, Workbrain, Autota
