A Floating Teller requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. There is little ambiguity in this position. Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly.

We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Floating Teller at our Lubbock and Wolfforth, Texas Banking Centers. This position has steady work but requires schedule and location flexibility.

Job Duties:

1.Accurate completion of all teller transactions  

2. Ability to travel to all branches 

3. Adaptability to work in numerous locations with different teams 

4. Flexibility to change shifts on short notice 

5. Provide excellent service experience for our customers

Work Activities:

4. Sell the Bank's products and services.

5. Use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.

6. Verify bank or financial transactions.

7. Resolve customer complaints.

8. Obtain information from individuals.

9. Monitor currency, coin or checks in cash drawer.

10. Verify signatures for financial transactions.

11. Examine financial documents to verify issue.

12. Provide customer service.

13. Answer customer or public inquiries.

14. Greet customers, guests, or visitors.

15. Making decisions and solving problems.

16. Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards

17. Examine financial documents to verify issue.

18. Verify signatures for financial transactions.

19. Reconcile or balance financial records; note discrepancies.

20. Other duties as assigned by supervisor / management.

21. Attend and complete training as required / needed to maintain compliance security information competency.

5. ABC Bank Product and Services knowledge; must be organized and willing to learn all the Bank's products and services


Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Some college preferred.
