American Button Machines (www.AmericanButtonMachines.com), a successful sales company, is looking for the perfect candidate to be a part of our team in Plano, Texas. This essential position will be involved in every aspect of the sales process.

Customer Service Duties Include:

• Answer phones with a smile every time while providing outstanding customer service.
• Receive inbound phone calls, data entry, customer support, and troubleshooting simple equipment and software issues over the phone (training provided)

Outbound sales duties:

• Scripted outbound sales call explaining products and prices
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
• Engaging and educating customers on new products
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales

Requirements:

• Hours 8 am-5 pm M-F
• Stable work history
• Must exude a professional and pleasant phone manner while communicating with customers.
• PC experience with common computer programs.
• Highly motivated and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Supporting our internal team while focused on sales and customer service.
• Provide creative customer service solutions to WOW our customers.
• Solve escalated customer service calls (excellent conflict resolution skills).
• Contagious positive attitude
• Knows how to start with YES!
• Must pass drug/background check

Added Pluses:

• QuickBooks experience
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
