Customer Service Duties Include:
- Answer phones with a smile every time while providing outstanding customer service.
- Receive inbound phone calls, data entry, customer support, and troubleshooting simple equipment and software issues over the phone (training provided)
Outbound sales duties:
- Scripted outbound sales call explaining products and prices
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Engaging and educating customers on new products
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
Requirements:
- Hours 8 am-5 pm M-F
- Stable work history
- Must exude a professional and pleasant phone manner while communicating with customers.
- PC experience with common computer programs.
- Highly motivated and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Supporting our internal team while focused on sales and customer service.
- Provide creative customer service solutions to WOW our customers.
- Solve escalated customer service calls (excellent conflict resolution skills).
- Contagious positive attitude
- Knows how to start with YES!
- Must pass drug/background check

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
