Responsibilities
- Use your creativity, communication, and customer service skills to help our customers achieve their goals
- Train for success with a proven sales program
- Work with and manage a talented team who are dedicated, hardworking, and ready to learn Create a fun atmosphere for our Sales Associates and a positive sales experience for our customers
- Hire, train, coach, and retain team members
- Resolve problems and implement innovative solutions in a variety of situations
- Prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Assist on closing deals and driving sales
- Work a 5-day work week but be available Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
