Position Summary
ACM Custom Imprint is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate custom imprint solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the project management and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions by attending vendor visits, local trade shows and out of state trade shows.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience in the Promotion Products Industry.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the custom imprint or promotional products industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems - NetSuite Preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work requirements
Full-time position based at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Working remotely possible on a case-by-case basis.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate client schedules and networking events.
Ability to manage a large volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
Commitment to meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets
