Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site with some hybrid flexibility
OTE: $100,000.00 (mix of salary and variable comp)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic team. We envision this Sales Representative role evolving into the position of a General Manager of American CNG. Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and Grow Current Customer Base:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services (For more

2. Resolve Customer Concerns:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Strive for customer satisfaction to enhance long-term relationships
3. Monitor Customer Preferences:
- Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences
- Adjust sales strategies based on changing customer needs and industry dynamics
5. Sales Analysis:
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall sales performance
6. Sales Projection and Profitability Analysis:
- Project sales based on market trends and historical data
- Determine the profitability of products and services to maximize revenue
7. Discount Rates and Special Pricing:
- Establish discount rates and special pricing plans in consultation with the management team
- Ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives and market conditions
8. Acquire New Customers:
- Develop comprehensive plans to acquire new customers through direct sales techniques,
cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective lead-generation strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates eagerness to acquire new product knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Hubspot, and Shopify is a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) systems
- Experience with SEO, PPC, social media, etc. is a bonus
