In this position you will answer incoming phone calls and emails for a high-end jewelry brand. You must complete 1 days of training out of our Dubuque, IA office. You will have 3 weeks of full-time, remote training after this. After training for one day in our office, we will supply you with all the equipment you will need to work from home.
You must be able to work an evening shift with one weekend day to qualify for this position. After training we have full and part-time positions available. The starting pay is $13/hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of our product, policies and systems.
Answering phone calls, and emails which may include order placement and shipping status, promotional guidance, return/warranty requests and inventory status.
Effectively multitask between phone calls and email requests.
Communication – Good Verbal and Written

Qualifications and Requirements
High School Degree
Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experience is Required
Ability to work holidays and weekends.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a fast-paced consumer services setting
