Patient Transportation Coordinator

For more than 25 years, American Customer Care has been a respected business process outsourced provider of contact center services to some of the most recognizable named companies in business today. We are looking for employees to work remotely for this position.

Job duties: Patient Transportation Coordinator

You will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from our clients to assist them with their non-emergency medical transportation needs. You will use technology to pioneer new operational models to help make transportation more powerful and more reliable for the healthcare industry. You’re helping to solve one of the nation’s growing healthcare challenges - ensuring patients get to and from their medical appointments, safely and on time.

This is a full-time only, Work From Home, Monday-Friday position with a work schedule in the range of 8 AM-6 PM central. Our starting pay is $11/hour. You can also receive an extra $1/hour if you have perfect attendance!

We will provide you with all the computer equipment you need to work remotely. It is a requirement that you have your own Zoom-capable computer equipment to complete the first days of training. After this, we will ship you everything you need. We do also require that you have a strong and stable internet connection, a quiet, distraction-free space to work, and great customer service skills. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED
• Experience working on a computer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great customer service is a must
• Enjoys working on a team
• Previous contact center experience is a plus
