What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Call Center Agent position at American Dental Solutions?
Busy, multi-location practices expanding and looking to add members to our call center team. The department is responsible for handling all in and outbound calls for all of our 14 locations. Looking for personnel to match our high energy, high volume atmosphere. Candidate should possess solid customer service background, a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The candidate we are seeking must be able to multitask, show personal initiative, be puncture and show a true desire to help all of our patients. Dental knowledge a MUST. Dentrix experience a plus.
This is a full time position with an hourly rate ranging from $14.00-$17.00 per hour. Based on experience. Benefit package includes: Medical insurance (70% employer contribution), paid holidays, paid sick days, paid vacation and a MONTHLY BONUS
