Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business is searching for a tenure-track assistant professor of economics to start in the fall of 2020, pending budgetary approval. An ideal candidate will have a PhD in Economics from an accredited university and be able to teach principles and intermediate (microeconomics or macroeconomics), and at least one elective course in the candidate's field of expertise (open to all fields, but with an interest in Law and Economics or Public Policy). The teaching load is a 3/3, with a maximum of two preparations per semester. We are looking for someone who can balance excellence in teaching with an active research portfolio, along with having some engagement in the school and university community.
Required Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will have a PhD in Economics from an accredited university and be able to teach principles and intermediate (microeconomics or macroeconomics), and at least one elective course in the candidate's field of expertise.
