Dispatcher
American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States, has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. Due to anticipated growth, we are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to work out of our New Columbia office.
In this role, the Dispatcher will coordinate field activities and staff by delivering assignments, instructions, and alerts via the company’s communications network. You will also address customer inquiries, resolve their inquiries, run various reports, collect time sheets and handle incoming calls and direct as appropriate.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a High School diploma (Associates or Bachelors preferred) and 3 years' service dispatch experience (elevator experience strongly preferred, plumbing/HVAC also preferred). You must have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
