Certified Asbestos Consultant

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager (California Licensed CAC Required) to join our team. We are looking for personnel with an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work as a team member, enthusiastic, and a desire to advance their skill base.

**Premium pay will be considered for candidates with exceptional experience**

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor certification
• Minimum 3 years of Industrial Hygiene practice (asbestos, lead, mold, etc.) with prior experience working with an Environmental Consulting Firm
• Preferred Bachelors’ Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well on your own
• Willingness to learn additional skills
• Consultant experience with Microbial Contamination a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist President with operations such as, proposals, client interaction, marketing, and other business-related matters.
• Assist with oversight of field personnel (CSSTs) supervision, review of reports, time sheets, provide technical assistance and conduct advanced training as may be necessary.

• Conduct on-site inspections, which includes documentation of site conditions, sampling and in person consultation. Assist clients in solving environmental issues in a sound business manner.
• Produce professional technical reports based on inspection notes and sample data with remedial recommendations as necessary.
• Coordinate with multiple parties regarding inspections while keeping all parties’ best interests in mind.
• Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and communicate that information to clients in a professional manner.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
