Facilities, Maintenance &Mechanic Supervisor

AEM is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area;

· Follow Good maintenance & repair practices;

· Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards;

· Keep management informed of safety, operator, and equipment observations and concerns;

· Maintain equipment and facilities to desired performance levels;

· Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s;

· Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes;

· Performs other duties as assigned;

· Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance and repairs;

· Report any safety and quality related issues to management immediately;

· Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format, and completed with required information.

Requirements:

· Must be computer literate and have experience with equipment, yard and device, and facilities;

· Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards;

· Able to lift 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is required. Manipulation of tools, equipment and components is required;

· Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, crawl required for virtually the entire shift;

· Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal);

· Keep management informed of safety, operator and equipment observations and concerns;

· Be able to effectively work in a team environment;

· Maintain equipment to desired performance levels;

· Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s;

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work well with others;

· Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance and coordinate third party service;

· Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information;

· 4 years’ experience
