Inside Sales---(PAY $ DOE)

Production Equipment and Storage Tank Manufacturer is currently seeking full-time Inside Sales Representatives to perform day to day sales development functions such as achieving, identifying, and maximizing market opportunities, developing prospects, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into new accounts for the company at our office in Farmington, New Mexico.

Candidates should have experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in an inside sales capacity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in a competitive market while generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue.

In this role you will be responsible for growing your customer base by calling on existing and qualified potential customers to maximize the sales potential in the Permian and Eagleford Basins.

Responsibilities

• Expedite new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements & Skills

· Proven inside sales experience

· Track record of over-achieving quota

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Experience working with the oil and gas industry

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· BA/BS degree or equivalent
