The Project Analyst supports assigned applications while identifying, evaluating, and recommending changes to ensure and improve application operability. The Analyst collaborates with CEG (HR) and tech resources to maintain system health and develop and maintain documentation. The Analyst also supports and manages designing, testing and implementing solutions including data integration, user role management, report development, and training. The Analyst is a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM suite and advises both CEG leadership and cross-functional partners on system and process optimization.
**Responsibilities**
Manages Tier 1 and Tier II support tickets and solutioning
Leads all phases of projects in their area(s) of expertise and focus, ensuring the delivery of all project deliverables on time and aligned to the needs of the business
Complete and support all activities associated with the implementation of planned or new releases, upgrades, integrations and BAU activities
Assist in quarterly release impact analysis activities. Draft and execute user acceptance testing in partnership with business partners
Work with Business Partners, Vendors, and Technologies to identify and remediate identified gaps using both manual and automated solutions
Consult with Business Partners to gather system requirements
Test platform UI/UX changes as needed
Perform system administrative work in support of all talent, performance, and learning platforms
**Qualifications**
Subject matter expert in Oracle HCM suite
2 years' Administrator work experience with a Learning Management System
3 years' relevant work experience supporting HR applications
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
Highly organized self-starter who excels both independently and in a team environment
Quick learner
**Preferred Skills**
Experience working on a cross-functional Global team
Experience with ticketing / case management to solution Tier 1 and Tier II tickets (Salesforce preferred)
Strong Project Management Experience
Excellent communicator - written, oral and to a multitude of appropriately targeted audiences
Understanding of Agile and Product practices
Working knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand
