Job Description:
Join the Kevin Stokes American Family Insurance Agency team in Eldon, MO!
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive hourly pay rate $14.50 plus commission and/or bonuses
· Paid training
· Paid Time Off./Paid Holiday
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred before starting if not licensed must be within 60 days, reimbursement eligible.
- Punctual, high-energy, coachable, organized, personable, charismatic, self-motivated
- Must be great at working independently and motivated for success!
