ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working knowledge of Walmart & Target party goods business & ability to apply knowledge
- Understand AG product line inside and out (pricing, specs, costs, retail/unit/master pk info)
- Stay abreast to the competitive landscape (both licensed and non-licensed similar formats)
- Develop sound understanding of different business models and how they impact AG & Creative Products businesses
- Program/Product Management: partner with Sales, Fulfillment, Licensing, Creative, Ops, FSO & Communication teams to execute programs from start to finish
- Managed Everyday Licensed Product Line – maintain tracking sheet with all active items & distribution; communicate LL info to Business Development team
- Execute line planning & kickoffs with necessary partners
- Manage all aspects of Walmart revisions
- Assist with management of art process (review, release, proof)
- Partner with licensing team for art approvals
- Manage Key Players meeting content & updates (work with key business partners on status updates/progress & communicate pertinent details)
- Logistics & Details (CSP, RD&E, Diagrams, Forecasts, LL)
- Independently manage minor programs from creative to distribution to include: line planning, financial analysis, inventory assessment, cogs estimates & impacts, coordination of multiple spec changes to product, with evolution to managing major transitions
Assist with management of Creative kickoffs, quoting, tracking & sample approval
Contribute to Walmart & Target team strategy development
- Evaluate trends, POS, and market research to make recommendations that will drive retail productivity
- Make recommendations for improving PG business (merchandising, assortment, format extensions, expense reduction, share of POG)
- Analysis of marketplace (research competitive landscape, understand pricing, spec, assortment)
- Conduct financial analysis to guide long-term strategies

Experience Required:
Required Length & Type of Experience:
3-5 years of prior retail/consumer product experience demonstrating ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
