Your responsibilities include hiring, training and managing merchandisers who service accounts on a regular basis including, Walmart, Target, Dollar General. You will be responsible for all aspects of territory management including: planning and conducting account calls, implement sales programs and promotions, and completing various administrative duties. Your keys to success will be your ability to obtain financial goals and generate revenue within your territory's accounts.

As part of the Field Sales Operations team, you will:
- Manage a territory which includes retail accounts primarily consisting of~240 supermarkets, mass channel and dollar store accounts
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store management
- Hire, train and manage a staff of ~55 merchandisers responsible for merchandising all American Greetings products within the assigned account space
- Plan and conduct account calls to increase sales

Experience Required:
- 3 years of retail management experience
- Managed at least 10 employees
- Excellent training, planning, organization, and management skills
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related-field, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
