Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable project requirements.
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, capture feedback, and address concerns.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve stakeholder understanding of project objectives.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and measure their impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in one of the following areas: Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance and/or Information Security
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
