Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist (Experienced)

AimLoan.com is a San Diego-based company with a 24-year history of taking care of its employees and customers. Servicing 37,000 mortgage loans for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the Loan Servicing Department is responsible for providing superior service to our customers and investors through the completion of all tasks related to the servicing of a residential mortgage loan.

Centrally located in Mission Valley, our loan servicing staff work Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:00 or 8:30-5:00. Remote work is not offered.

Loan Servicing Teams

We are hiring experienced Loan Servicing Specialists for the following servicing teams:

• Customer Service
• Default Management
• Cash Management
• Escrow Management
• Investor Services

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in job duties of designated team
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective at building good working relationships
• Experience with Black Knight MSP a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience
• 15 days paid time off, plus 6 paid holidays
