Job Posting for Pit Clerk at American Place Casino - Waukegan, Illinois

Assist Table Games Supervisors in researching and recording guest credit and player ratings via Konami System.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Excellent internal/external guest service;
  • Enter information into computer from customer rating slips;
  • Answer, screen, and direct pit phone calls appropriately, and record messages accurately;
  • Prepare transfer slip to transfer markers from pit to casino cage;
  • Enter table fill and credit information into Konami system;
  • Deliver guest rating slips to casino manager's office and enter information into the Konami system;
  • Enter new guest information into the Konami system and print account information onto player’s card;
  • Research discrepancies in customer play histories;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
