WHERE YOURCAREER IS A FORCEGOOD :
Confirms allinformation regarding blood drives with blood drivecoordinators / blood drive sponsors and communicates details(refreshment requests, hold dates, hours of operation, staffing,directions, volunteer needs, collateral materials needed, specialequipment and cancellations) to production planning staff to helpensure success of the blood collection effort.
Serves as a liaisonbetween the customer and the appropriate staff.
Handles customer inquiries and requests in aprofessional, courteous, helpful and timely manner. Prepares andmaintains all account files including correspondence, operationalrecords and customer surveys to ensure accurate documentation ofblood drive activity.
Assists team in system dataintegrity.
- Using approved templates and / orcampaign materials, may localize blood drive collateral (posters,flyers, table tents, paycheck stuffers) to include location, date,time, goal, etc.
- Provides review and initiatesapplicable follow up for the Print Cost Model and exceptionsprocess. Sends blood drive confirmations to blood drivecoordinators / blood drive sponsors and ARC Chapters on an annual,semi-annual and / or quarterly basis.
- Sendsthank you notes to customers to help ensure the prospect for futurecustomer activity with ARCB Handles all inside sales support forassigned Recruitment District team.
Includes management of thedonor pre-sign up process, CRM Status Report review, and DRMSCondensed Report review with Reps for accuracy.
May manage HighSchool scholarship tracking and check requests. May manageinventory and distribution of donor premiums / giveaway items.
Assists in orientation for new teammembers.
WHATYOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
- High School orequivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years relatedexperience or equivalent combination of education and relatedexperience required.
- Basic knowledge ofcomputer office products, word processing, spreadsheet, databaseand presentation applications highly desirable.
- Must possess outstanding organizational andcommunication skills. Effective problem-solving skills in managingmultiple priorities.
- A current valid driver'slicense and good driving record is required.
