The Marketing department is looking for an Experiential Marketing Intern to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN!
Summary Position:
The role will assist the Experiential Marketing team in the planning and execution of Cambria events and activations. This position will work cross-functionally with other departments within Marketing for overall project management and experiential support.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities
Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.
Support the sales team through the coordination and execution of field events by securing investment approvals, ordering and shipping sales and marketing assets and literature, and collecting event details, photos and feedback for event recaps.
Assist in the planning and execution of national, regional and local events as-needed, including community and philanthropic sponsorship and sports activations, new product launches, and customer training and entertainment.
Complete tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: coordinating food and beverage catering, flight and ground transportation, running errands as-needed, ordering supplies, and helping the team track expenses and pay invoices.
Conduct experiential marketing research relative to our industry and competitors, including customer training and brand experience programs, sports and sponsorship marketing, in-person and digital events and how they’re promoted.
Serve as a Cambria brand steward at any in-person activations.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Expected graduation date of 2025, 2026, and 2027.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Systems: Proficient with Google Suite
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally
Physical Requirements: In-office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
Program Dates: May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025; M-F; 40 hour work week
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm *some evening or weekend availability for event support
