Description/Duties:
- Taking orders and assisting customers by phone
- Keying orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Entering mail orders and calling customers with questions
- Resolving all customer problems and complaints quickly and accurately
- Responding to inquires from customers through email and live chat
- Busy work such as lining envelopes and collating stock when phones are slow
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
