What you’ll be doing:
Work with General Manager on pricing for customers
Prepares rental agreements.
Maintain a working knowledge of competitors' practices and rental rates.
Promptly responds to and resolves customer inquiries, complaints, and other needs.
Work with billing department for coordination of new agreements.
Respond to incoming calls and requests for information.
Educate customers about ways the company can fulfill their needs.
Inspect trailers for condition pre and post rental.
Work directly with customers for trailer and container needs.
Listen to customers’ needs and determines appropriate trailer and container support.
Document each transaction with trailer distribution and track trailer movements.
Work with billing to provide trailer pricing when trailer is activated and then returned.
Develop and nurture customer relationships
Perform a complete inspection of the trailer to confirm readiness and document any defects.
Complete inspections of trailers to confirm condition as trailer is being returned.
Take photos and document damage to bill back customer.
Assist with working on trailers with minor projects (Decals, painting, etc.)
Skills we are looking for:
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving and follow up skills
Energized by building and nurturing customer relationships
Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Word and Excel.
Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously abreast of its services
Detail oriented
"Can do" attitude.
Qualifications to be successful:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One to three years’ experience with direct customer relations
Must have a current driver’s license.
