Primary Role
Responsible for performing standard and some advanced administrative duties; including accounting, reporting, clerical, customer service and event hospitality.
Key Accountabilities
Performs Word Processing duties and prepares spreadsheets utilizing various software packages.
Proofs material for accuracy and context.
Establishes and maintains files and records.
Assists with various administrative or clerical details as required (e.g., copying).
Provides back up support for payroll activities.
Provides daily front desk receptionist coverage and as assigned in the absence of other personnel.
Assists with pre/post internal meeting arrangements.
Assists with the external coordinating and scheduling of various community events/engagement.
Administers process for purchasing and/or receipt materials, and provides support related to the procurement of such materials.
Various office duties including ordering and maintaining supplies, filing various records, typing memos.
Administration of physical inventory.
Process miscellaneous invoices and disbursement requests.
Knowledge/Skills
General knowledge of clerical and business practices.
Organized, inter-personal, teamwork, inventory management, external community events, customer service, hospitality for internal meetings
Experience/Education
High School Degree or equivalent. Associate Degree in Secretarial Science desirable.
3 years office administration experience; including proven experience and skills in dealing directly with public.
Travel Requirements
Local to occasional community events

Valid driver ’ s license
