Trim Supervisor
Reports to: Harvest & Trim Manager; Senior Leadership

Trim Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all trim leads and trimmers for the Trim Department. This position will work closely with other departments including executive management, fulfillment, HR and operations.

- Clear Cross-functional business processes that enable efficient, simplified ways of working to meet critical deadlines
- Collaborate with existing management and departments to determine the best course of action to integrate processes through every aspect of cultivation and production
- Provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally
- Manage the trim team, occasionally cover leads during breaks, report any equipment malfunctions or employee behavioral issues to the correct department head/HR
- Work with HR to assist with timesheets, state and city badges, and operational changes
- Report any technical or mechanical issues to the correct departments in a timely manner
- Collaborate with distribution on accurately fulfilling orders.
- College degree preferred
- Prior experience in management (1-3 years minimum)
- Experience in the cannabis industry preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Advanced experience in operations
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of occupational safety and health standards in the workplace
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
This position supervises employees from trim
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory restock
- Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary items
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable climbing ladders
- This is a full-time position
- Weekend and holidays are expected to be worked
- Typical workdays and hours are between Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 pm
- Occasional overnight shifts may be required
- Schedules are subject to change
