The Maintenance Lead is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment to perform to specifications and in safe working conditions. They coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to optimize production and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. This position is a working lead.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Commerical electrical experience, journeyman preferred

- Performs Maintenace duties, including preventative maintenance
- Maintains documentation of plant systems, structural layout, components and changes.
- Leadership of all shifts, including coaching and mentoring of staff

- Demonstrates organizational skills by working independently and with a team
- Contributes to organization success by meeting team and company goals
- Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized, and contributing to established safety goals
- Communicates company policies and procedures,
- Maintenance and economical use of materials and equipment; effectively participating and contributing on the plant leadership team including budgeting; Leads, prioritizes and oversees multiple activities of assigned people to maximize their productivity and effectiveness
- Addresses and corrects inappropriate behaviors, actions, or decisions through disciplinary action, coaching and developing subordinates through effective performance management
- Contributes and assists in implementation of ideas for continuous improvement

Salary : $67,200 - $85,100
