This role is open to remote candidates. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $15.50 - $16.00 an hour, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
The Reconciliation Specialist will process requests placed in their worklist and review the client's Debt Settlement program to ensure the request is processed and maintained in the system. They will communicate directly with internal teams/departments when there are needs/issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Review worklist for clients that should be processed in our proprietary computer system.
- Gather documentation and review information for accuracy in the system.
- Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Process requests per procedure.
- Effectively report system challenges or needs to direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suit.e
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Superior time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
